Implementing peer learning through Virtual Classroom System
As all we know that traditional Teaching Learning method is very old and it has several disadvantages. Constructivist training is favored to traditional classroom training by education reformers based on the strengths of student-inclusive learning models. Reformers advocate a move away from traditional, teacher-centered, (didactic) direct instruction, where students are passive receptors of knowledge, toward more student-centered understanding-based (constructivist) teaching that focuses on exploration and experimentation and reinforces lifelong learning skills.
After classroom She/he will prepare the test in his difficulty area and if faces any doubt then he can contact the concerned teacher for clarification before the test so that he/she can easily check the copies and clarify the doubts of other students (if any) under the monitoring of concerned teacher. Thus implementing the philosophy of “Teaching is the best process of learning” .and slowly his weak area will be converted to strong area in near future as he was busy with checking and explaining the concepts to others by playing the role of teacher in his/her difficulty area.
